Make Your Event Special

Located in historic downtown Van Buren, AR, our event center is a newly constructed multipurpose facility. Whether you are organizing a corporate event, private party, a social gathering, or reception, our event center is well-equipped to accommodate your needs. The event space features expansive glass windows opening onto a private patio and offers excellent acoustics in a welcoming, intimate setting.

Terms of Agreement

By submitting this Event Center Rental Agreement, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined below. I understand that my booking time includes Set Up and Clean Up. I will receive no extra time outside of what has been paid for. I understand that the cleanliness of the space should be kept to a high standard. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $100. I understand that waste must go in the black dumpster; using other dumpsters results in a $50 improper disposal fee. I understand that Arts On Main is not responsible for any liability of injuries, loss, or damages to personal property that may arise as a result of my event. I understand that I am responsible for any damages to AOM property, equipment, or artwork that may occur during my event. I understand that a $50 deposit is required upon AOM's acceptance of the event rental agreement. The deposit is applied toward the total rental agreement. I understand that full payment should be made no later than 2 days before my rental date. If full payment is not received by the deadline, the event will be canceled.
