Daniel Walters: The Unsettled Soul: The Misunderstood Threat to a Small Community

This exhibit will showcase rural stories through the window of a canvas, a figurative study of the nature of humanity, highlighting rural American scenes and relating them to modern societal climates, invoking an emotional connection through color, distinct composition, and simple figurative subject matter, to share the story of adversities faced by local communities.

In Full Color: OPS/APS Members Pastel Exhibit
This exhibition showcases works by members of the Ozark Pastel Society (OPS) and Arkansas Pastel Society (APS), featuring work by artists ranging from those new to the pastel medium to those who have earned the highest honors from the International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS) and the Pastel Society of America.
Painting the Arkansas Parks
This exhibition provides a visual exploration of Arkansas’s stunning parks through "Painting the Arkansas Parks," an exhibition showcasing artworks created in the field that highlight the natural beauty and character of our state's landscapes. This traveling exhibition is a collaborative effort between the Heart of America Artists’ Association, the Arkansas State Parks system, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
Painting the Arkansas Parks Collectors Book is available for sale in the AOM Gift Shop.

Amy Scoggins-Unyielding: A Family’s Fight Against Chronic Illness
Amy Scoggins: Unyielding is on view through December 13, 2025.
Through the lens of motherhood, Unyielding reflects a family’s struggle with chronic illness. Using personal artifacts, medical fragments, and immersive constructions, it makes visible the hidden battles and the family’s persistent advocacy, care, and refusal to surrender.
“This work is not only about my own children,” Scoggins explains. “It is about the countless families navigating uncertainty, medical systems, and invisible disabilities. I want to make visible what is often unseen, and in doing so, create space for attention, compassion, and advocacy.”
