From the Mountains to the Sea is a glimpse into the life of a landscape painter. This exhibit completes the journey from the hidden spark of inspiration to the finished artwork. It addresses the question why paint, and why this?

Included with the paintings is a small selection of preparatory sketches illustrating some of the steps along the way.
