Lions clubs have sponsored peace poster contests for over 30 years, encouraging children to share their vision of peace through art. Thanks to the Van Buren Lions Club, the local contest is now open to students aged 11-13. Arts On Main will judge entries and select winners, who will be awarded $100, $50, and $25 respectively during the Lions Club’s monthly meeting. The first-place poster advances to District competition. All submissions will be displayed at Arts On Main.
