Join artist and educator Amy Holmes Scoggins for a painting workshop that will be held at the majestic King Opera House with options to paint indoors or outside on Historic Main Street in Van Buren, AR.
Through lecture, demo, and guided instruction, the emphasis of the workshop will be to capture the passage of light, space, and the emotional experience of inhabiting a location rather than minute details.
All skill levels and media welcome.

This workshop is generously provided by the Heart of America Artists’ Association in collaboration with the Painting the Arkansas Parks, a traveling plein air painting exhibit from the HOAA, on exhibit at Arts On Main through June 27.
